Michele was born on July 22, 1944, in Benton Harbor, to Clarance “Mike” & Vivian (Schuluck) Allain. She graduated from Benton Harbor High School. On May 15, 1965, Michele married the love of her life, James “Jim” Charleston, at St. John’s Church in Benton Harbor. For over 40 years, Michele worked as a Bank Teller for the former Shoreline/Chemical Bank. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and quilting items for her family, reading books by J.D. Robb and playing games such as Tetris and poker on her hand-held gaming system. Michele was an incredible woman with a great sense of humor, she will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
