Mary Ann "Melachrini" D. Kolberg, 73, of Bridgman, passed away on Monday afternoon, October 31, 2022 at her residence. She was born on June 2, 1949 in St. Joseph, MI, the daughter of John and Bessie "Vessilka" Petain.
She was a loving mother and grandmother who treasured her family dearly and loved them whole-heartedly.
Mary Ann is survived by her daughter, Bessie “Lynn” Terrell of Benton Harbor; son, John “Tony” Poplawski of Benton Harbor; two granddaughters, Lindsey Terrell of Kalamazoo and Lori Terrell of Chicago, IL; and brother, Konstantine “Angelo” Petain of GA.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 AM, on Monday, November 7, 2022, at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd, St. Joseph, MI. Burial will follow at North Shore Memory Gardens.
