Mark E. Myers, 65, of Dowagiac, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at his home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 2:00PM at Clark Chapel, 405 Center St. Dowagiac, with Pastor Jamie Myrkle officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00PM until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Mark’s name may be made to the family in care of Candy Williamson-Hawkins. Mark was born April 30, 1956, in Boston, MA, to Robert and Clair (Butler) Myers. He was a hard worker, working as a car salesman, bartender and working construction throughout his life. Mark was known as a good cook, and enjoyed cooking for his friends and family. He had a love for football and was an avid Notre Dame and Patriots fan. Most of all he loved his family and will be greatly missed.
Mark is survived by his fiancé, Candy Williamson-Hawkins; son, Gavin Tinkey; step-children, Jordan Hawkins, Skylar Hawkins and Kyle Hawkins; siblings, Robert Myers and Steven Myers; granddaughter, Harper Tinkey; step-grandchildren, Lillie Hawkins, Harley Hawkins and Waylon Hawkins; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Clair Myers.
