Margaret Willis was born on August 6, 1961 in Osceola, Arkansas to Betty Fisher-Willis and Fred Willis, Jr. She departed this life on September 26, 2022.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, October 14, 2022 at 12:00 P.M. at Starks & Menchinger Chapel & Cremation Services, 2650 Niles Rd, St. Joseph, MI. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. until time of service at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the family. Margaret was an amazing caregiver and babysitter for over 30 years. She was a homebody who loved to cook and spend time with friends. She was the backbone of her family and loved by everyone.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Fred and Jane Willis; her maternal grandmother, Daisy Hister; and one daughter, Margaret Geneice Willis. Margaret leaves to celebrate her life, her beloved mother, Betty Willis, two sons, Anthony (Lauren) Willis, and Corey Willis, seven siblings, Stanley Willis, Fred Willis III, Gary Willis, Patricia Moran, Danny Willis, Tammy Willis, and LaToya Willis. She also leaves eleven grandchildren, Salise Willis, Zynisha Willis, Coreyanna Willis, Amaya Willis, Airyella Willis, Londyn Willis, Corey Willis Jr., Michellai Willis, Ashton Willis, Jordan Willis, Ah’nnaleigh Willis, with one great-grandson, Keyontae Bell as well as a host of cousins, aunts and uncles, friends and family. She also leaves her Godsister Elizabeth Pargo along with her very special friends, Nathaniel Cobbs and Norma Pratt.
