Kevin "Johnny Goodline"'s Obituary
Kevin V. “Johnny Goodline” Lentz, 71, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 in Kalamazoo.
Kevin was born on April 9, 1951, to the late Edward & Agnes (Lentz) Goodline in Stevensville. He loved growing up next door to his grandma’s farm and later in life he lived at AFC homes. Kevin attended St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran School, Gard School and Blossomland Learning center.
Kevin loved the Lord. He enjoyed being outdoors, shopping, books, going to the library, paper crafts, watching TV, playing with toys, and most of all coloring.
Kevin is survived by his sister, Shirley Gilman; nieces, Pam (Steve) Schmaltz and Julie Gilman; grand nephew, Adam (Andrea) Schmaltz; grand niece Samantha (Ryan) Randall; and great-grand nephews and nieces.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at 11:30AM, at Hickory Bluff Cemetery, 4290 Cleveland Avenue, Stevensville, MI 49127. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 2673 W. John Beers Road, Stevensville, MI 49127. Those wishing to leave an online condolence may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com.
