Joseph R. Gervais, 70, of Marcellus, MI., passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at his home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd. St Joseph, MI. Visitation will be Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Marie Yeager Cancer Center, 3900 Hollywood Rd, St. Joseph, MI 49085. Joe was on born November 12, 1951 to Lawrence and Victoria (Shaski) Gervais in Sault St. Marie, MI. He Graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in December of 1980. Joe retired from Trelleborg/ Vibracoustic in South Haven, Michigan as Vice President of Finance. He was a very active man, fishing, playing golf and in his later years playing pickle ball. He and his wife Jennifer enjoyed their winter home in Lake Okeechobee, Florida. His favorite times were spending time with his children and grandchildren watching them in all of their events and spending time on the pontoon boat with family making memories.
Joe is survived by his wife; Jennifer, children; Scott (Jeana) Gervais & Jessica Gervais Connaway, grandchildren; Ethan Frank, Dawson Frank, Scott Gervais Jr., Josephine Gervais, Lillian Gervais, Janie Connaway, Jonathan Connaway & Jackson Connaway, Sibling; Ron (Judy) Gervais, Marie (Elmer) Moisio, Geralyn (Peter) Adamski & Marilyn(Darrell) Beckwith along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
