Joseph ‘Joe Joe’ Perry (Folino), 60, of Duncan, OK, finished the race that God set before him and went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 13, 2022, surrounded by his family.
Joseph was born December 22, 1961 in Chicago, IL. He served in the U.S. Army and the National Guard. He and Marcie Stephens/Laster were married October 19, 1984 in Wiesbaden, Germany. He worked as an equipment operator for Goodyear, enjoyed collecting and shooting guns, and never ran out of things to do around the house. He was a professional ‘Piddler.’ More than anything, he loved spending time with his family. His boys and Selina were his pride and joy! He was a faithful member of the Ray of Hope Church serving on the security team.
Joseph is survived by his wife Marcie Perry of Duncan, OK; mother Lynn Folino of New Buffalo, MI; children Joshua (Lyndsey) Perry of Tulsa, OK, and Austin (Hannah Litchfield) Perry of Oklahoma City, OK; brothers Frank Folino, OFM of Dieterich, IL, Russell Folino, Mike Folino and Gary Folino all of New Buffalo, MI, and Wayne Perry of CA. He was preceded in death by his sisters Laura Folino and Kathryn Perry.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will take place at the New Buffalo American Legion Post #169, on Sunday, April 10, from 1:00-4:00pm. Friends wishing to leave the family a message of condolence may do so at www.sommerfeldchapel.com
