Jerry Wayne Penn, 84, of St. Joseph, passed away, Saturday, October 23, 2021 at The Willows in St. Joseph.

Jerry was born September 13, 1937 in Clay Township, Missouri to Lee & Cora (Borah) Penn. The family moved to Benton Harbor and Jerry graduated from Benton Harbor High School, Class of 1956. While attending high school, Jerry learned to fly with the Civil Air Patrol, then fulfilling his dream to fly, he enlisted in the United States Air Force, proudly serving his country. Jerry enjoyed playing the piano, something he learned as a boy, and especially cherished the time spent with his family.
Jerry is survived by his siblings-Sandra Grooms, Marrie Stamps and twins-Patricia (Lyle) Woodworth & Carlene (Arnold) Malin, all of St. Joseph, Geronda Anderson of Sodus, David Penn of Casselbery, FL; and numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
