Jeffrey A. Chacon, 68, of Niles, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023, at West Woods of Niles. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held on Friday, May 5th at 1 PM at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma. Memorial contributions may be made to L.A.D.D. Jeffrey was born on May 6, 1954 in St. Joseph to Frank & Bettie (Delano) Chacon. Prior to injuring his hip, Jeffrey enjoyed dancing to music and listening to music with his nurses. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Gayle Chacon and nephew Michael Delano Chacon. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Bettie; and brothers, Michael & Vincent Chacon.
