James's Obituary
James Walker Sr. 59, of South Haven passed away Friday, January 19, 2024. Born October 21, 1964 in Chicago Illinois to Robert and Norma Walker.
James is survived by son James Walker Jr., daughter Olivia Walker, granddaughter Taruh Johnson, his mother Norma Townsend, siblings; Susan (Walter) Walker Turner and Charles (Renell) Walker, and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his father Robert Walker, siblings; Ricky Walker, Allen Triplett Jr., Gayle Elaine Tucker, and nephew Corey Hale.
James attended Catholic High School in Chicago until moving to Michigan and graduating from Covert High School in 1982. He was known as the class clown. He then went on to proudly serve his country in the U.S. Navy. After leaving the Navy, James worked in various management positions until he retired. He had a true love of baseball. James will be forever missed.
