Glen Kalin Sr., 87, of St. Joseph, MI passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023 at Corewell Health Lakeland in St. Joseph.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, July 21, 2023 at Spring Run Cemetery in St. Joseph with pastor Michael Roth officiating. Those wishing to share a memory of Glen online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com
Glen was born June 5, 1936 in Royalton Township, MI to Vernon & Dorothy (Curtis) Kalin. Glen Graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1955. On April 27, 1957 he married Joan Smith in St. Joseph. Glen worked for Kalin Construction as a heavy equipment operator for many years. Glen enjoyed traveling and taking many camping trips to Florida with his family.
Glen is survived by his wife Joan Kalin; sons Glen (Paula) Kalin Jr. and Greg Kalin; grandchildren Ryan Kalin, Adam (Kelsey) Kalin, Jessica Ransom and Ashley (Nathan) Brown; great grandchildren Rory, Aubrey and Triston; sister Nancy Moore; and many nieces & nephews. Glen was preceded in death by his parents and brother Jerry Kalin.
