Dozer's Obituary
George "Dozer" Miller, 63, of Baroda, passed away at Hanson Hospice Center on November 7, 2023. George, Dozer as he went by to most, was born September 24, 1960 in St. Joseph to Nick and Emily Miller. He worked in the construction business starting at a young age at his grandfather's and father's company, George Miller & Sons. He lived most of his life in the St. Joseph/Stevensville area, and eventually moved to Arizona for work in construction. He moved back to Michigan in 2019.
Dozer loved spending time with family and friends, hitting the golf ball and of course the Green Bay Packers. Whenever we had family gatherings he was not only there adding to the chaos, but at times instigating the crazy antics. He mostly enjoyed summers filled with fun things to do with his nieces and nephews in mind. Dozer had such a generous manner about him. He was a loving brother and uncle. We will miss his laughter, jokes and hugs.
He was as loyal to his friends as he was to his family. He showed kindness and compassion to those he knew. If you had the opportunity to spend time with Dozer you knew his friendship was infectious. Dozer may have left us, but he left us each with memories to last a lifetime. We love you Dozer, you will be missed.
Dozer is survived by his brother Mike (Becky) Miller of Baroda, and his sisters Julie Pascua of Fort Myers, FL, Lisa Halliday of Benton Harbor, Jen Miller of Vero Beach, FL and Vicki (Blaine) Warmbein of Benton Harbor. He is preceded in death by his father Nick Miller, his mother Emily Miller, his brother Patrick Miller, his sisters Deidre Jackson and Cheryl Miller, his brother-in-law Richard Halliday and his nephew Ricky Halliday.
