Eddie Mae Rogers was born January 14, 1954 in Osceola, Ark. The Lord called her home to rest on September 22, 2023. She was also preceded in death by her parents, John Coleman & Mary Francis, brothers, John Coleman, Leroy Coleman, Tommy Lee Coleman and Eddie Lee Coleman.
Eddie Mae loved her children and grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory 4 children Shirley Ladd, Sharon Martenez Reed, Marie Sky and Thomas Sky. Her 2 Loving sisters Mary Lee Washington and Patsy Coleman and 1 brother Terry Coleman. She also leaves 21 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and 1 on the way. Many nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.
Eddie Mae loved family events to cook and have a good time. She would surprise you just when you thought she forgot you. She never cared what people thought of her or what she did.

I just started thinking about how blessed I was and my eyes started to tear up. I thank God for my family, true friends, life, health and strength. I am sending love to everyone right now.

Celebration of Life will be held Thursday September 28, 2023 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Van Buren United Civic Center, 73292 34th Avenue, Covert, Michigan 49043.
