Doris's Obituary
One of the brightest lights in St. Joseph, Doris Schultz, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 20, 2023.
She has left us a beautiful legacy of love, service and devotion to family and friends and her wonderful giving spirit will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
Doris was born in Lansing, MI in 1930 and the family moved to St. Joseph soon afterwards where she met and married her husband, Ken, and raised her family. Throughout her life she truly enjoyed sharing her time and many gifts with others in her church, community and may area senior centers.
Doris is survived by her daughter, Michele (Prachar) of Fort Wayne, IN and was a proud "Grammy" to 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Ken, daughter Sherree (Neumann), sons Anthony and Dale and nine siblings.
Arrangements for a Celebration of Life are pending. Memorials may be made to Grace Lutheran Church of St. Joseph or the St. Joseph Senior Center. Those wishing to share a memory of Doris online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com
