Diane's Obituary
Diane Lynn Grzesick, 70, of St. Joseph, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2022 at her home in St. Joseph. She was born September 14, 1952 in Port Huron, MI to Robert and Elizabeth (Currie) Lewis.
Diane’s family will be receiving guests from 2-5pm, Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Interment will be held privately. Diane worked for many years in the Benton Harbor area schools as a speech pathologist. Diane was an avid reader. She enjoyed gardening, taking walks, and playing guitar. She also loved dogs, especially Boston Terriers, but her spaniel Evie was precious to her. But among these things, Diane will best be remembered as a genuine nurturer of her relationships with family and friends; always available to help anyone who needed her.
Diane is survived by her brother, Steve (Linda) Lewis; her nieces, Lauren Lewis and Carlee Lewis; her great niece, Kaelin Lewis; her sister-in-law, Mindy Lewis; many extended family and numerous friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Grzesick; her brother, Kevin “Richard” Lewis; and her parents.
