David's Obituary
David Scott Wilson, age 64, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 26, 2024. He was born on November 14, 1959, to Donald and Elinor (Howley) Wilson in Saint Joseph, Michigan.
A private family service for David will take place. He will be laid to rest at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma, Michigan next to his father. For a more lasting memory, donations in David’s name can be made to the Humane Society of Southwest Michigan.
David survived growing up with five sisters and graduated from Saint Joseph High School in 1979. He worked at the Potts Barn on Cleveland Ave. while in school and then at Kalin Construction as an adult. David’s interests included skiing, puzzles, collecting dragons, and playing poker. He loved animals and was a devoted son, brother, and cousin. He taught siblings and cousins how to enjoy shared interest growing up and cared for his aging father at the end of his life.
David is survived by his beloved mother, Elinor Wilson; siblings, Debby Dinius, Wendy Peters, Kathy (Ken) Tomaszewski, Christine (Jay) Adams, and Trisha (john) Splese. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Wilson.
