Daniel's Obituary
Daniel Robert Streick, 89, of Benton Harbor, MI, passed away on Sunday – August 25, 2024 at Royalton Manor in St. Joseph. Arrangements have been entrusted to Starks & Menchinger Chapel – 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI.
Daniel was born on Aug. 15, 1935 in St. Joseph, MI to the late Joe and Ruth (Schultz) Streick. He was a graduate of St. Joseph High School. Daniel was former owner and operator of Streick Sheet Metal in Benton Harbor. He loved working on old cars, NASCAR, and belonged to the SWMI Antique Car Club. He also enjoyed gardening.
Dan is survived by his wife – Sally Ann (Gagliano) Streick; sons – Randy (Sherry) Streick of Lake Havasu, AZ and Rick (Janet) Harris of Coloma, MI; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a sister – Joyce Zacha of St. Joseph. He is preceded in death by a son – Daniel Kevin Streick in 2015.
Private graveside services will be held at North Shore Memory Gardens at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Stevensville United Methodist Church of which he was a member.
