Chris's Obituary
Christopher Lee Gossett (56 years old ) passed away peacefully at home in Decatur, MI on Thursday July 6th 2023 ( 5-21-1967 – 7-6-2023 ).
Chris was preceded in death by his dad Roger Scott & step dad Larry Macek and some grandparents, he will be sadly missed by his mother Janie Macek, brother Ken ( Debra ) Macek, Nephew Kenny Macek, Niece Lisa Macek, Grandnephew Nolan Macek, Several Special Aunts, Uncles & Cousins and The Hall Family, several close friends and Dan ( Missy ) Ross. Prior to his passing he was married to Michelle and divorced also married to Charlotte and divorced.
Chris was fond of fishing, hunting, crafts and worked on his own vehicles also gardening, some plumbing work & building odd things. He drove semi-trucks (OTR) for quite a few years, did maintenance jobs, factory work and many other jobs over the years. Prior to being cremated at Heritage Chapel – Starks Family Funeral in Berrien Springs, MI. Chris has donated some of his body parts and organs to Gift of Life / Great Lakes Transplantation Association for use to help other people with special needs or uses. There will not be a public Funeral Service or burial, just Family and close friends at a later date and time.
