Christine Prillwitz-Huber, 51, of Eau Claire, MI passed away Friday, May 17, 2024 at her home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 23, 2024 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Service, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI 49085 with pastor Kevin Parkins officiating. Entombment will follow at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma. Friends may visit with the family from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Victory Life Church, the church of your choice or St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Christine was born July 1, 1972 in St. Joseph, MI to Greg & Karen (Langer) Prillwitz. She graduated from Eau Claire High School in 1990. On February 2, 2008 she married Robert “Rob” Huber. Christine was the owner of Main Street Burgers Pizza and Ice Cream for 23 years and enjoyed working with her dad on the family farm. Christine never met a stranger and loved being around family and friends. She enjoyed going out on Indian Lake in their pontoon boat, traveling especially to Lake Placid, FL and scuba diving.
Christine is survived by her husband Rob Huber; children McKenna (Mick) Stahlberg, George Smallbone and Aubrey Huber; grandchild Poppy Stahlberg; parents Greg & Karen Prillwitz; sisters Beverly (Jeff) Shembarger and Dawn (Matt) Snow; nieces Casey (Kyle) Gnodtke, Maci Snow and Sadie Snow; nephews Gregory Shembarger and Jeffrey Shembarger; and great niece Josephine Gnodtke.
