Bret Andrew Morris died October 14, 2023 at his home in Benton Harbor, MI.
Cremation has taken place; family will get together at a later date.
Bret was born in Benton Harbor at Mercy Hospital on December 11, 1959 to Jane Colwell and the late Jerry Morris. Bret went to Michigan Lutheran High School in St. Joseph and graduated in 1978.
Bret was a person that everybody knew and liked very much. He grew up in Sodus, MI on the family farm where he worked. When he had time to play, he and his twin brother would get into trouble, what one could not think of the other would. Bret had a love for his Cat Furball whom he will miss. He also worked as a Carpenter and Finishing trimmer and many other jobs that needed to be done.
Bret had a love for his 3 nephews, he cared a lot for them. Benjamin Isbrecht, Joseph Isbrecht and Daniel Isbrecht.
Bret is survived by, his mother; Jane Colwell, twin brother; Bruce Morris, sister; Laura Isbrecht, Uncle; Al Froehlich, great nephew Milo Isbrecht, 5 great nieces; Emery Arter, Lexi Isbrecht, Norah Isbrecht, Kimber Isbrecht and Barrett Isbrecht.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Theodore & Amanda Froehlich, father Jerry Morris, uncles; Ed Froehlich and Larry Froehlich.
