April's Obituary
April K. Burch, 42, of Decatur, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newell Chapel and Cremation Services.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12th Street Baptist Church, 3911 12th stl, Kalamazoo, 49009 on Sunday September 11, at 1PM. Memorial contributions in April’s name may be made to the family, in care of Robert Burch, for her daughter’s college funds. April was born August 13, 1980, in Niles, to Michael and Kay (Poehlman) Luke. She graduated from Decatur High School in 1999. On August 8, 2020, she married the love of her life, Bob Burch. April recently worked for Kusmack Electric and Paw Paw Chamber of Commerce. She enjoyed arts and crafts with her girls and the Holidays by cooking and decorating. April volunteered quite often at 12th St. Baptist Church in Kalamazoo. Her daughters were her everything and she enjoyed being with them. She loved her cats, dog and bunnies. April was a very loving, giving and unselfish person who had a very strong faith in God.
April is survived by her loving husband, Bob Burch; daughters, Kay Garcia, Arabella Garcia and Sawyer Garcia; father, Michael Luke; siblings, Matthew Luke and Nicholas Luke; her aunt, Nira Makay and Cousin Shelia Marsiglia who both helped raise April. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kay Luke.

A Heavenly blessing in my life.
A Mother of three Angels
