Andrew David Rigozzi passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, January 7th, 2024.
Andy was born on October 14th, 1977, to Paul David Rigozzi and Lynda Roe. He was raised in South Haven and graduated from South Haven High School as a member of the class of 1996. He pursued a technical career in electrical construction, maintenance, and instruments and controls. He was a State of Michigan licensed journeyman electrician and a former member of the IBEW. He spent 6 years working as a lead supervisory electrician in the Cayman Islands. Before and after the Cayman Islands he worked at natural gas, nuclear, and coal fired power plants, and other heavy industries throughout the USA. Most recently, he called Columbia, South Carolina home.
Andy was kind, helpful, generous, loving, and most of all – adored by one and all. He loved music, animals, and wood working.
Andy is survived by his father, Paul (Dionne) Rigozzi, brothers Aaron (Tamara) Rigozzi and Adam Rigozzi, nieces, Oakley Rigozzi, Remmington Rigozzi, and Olivia Price, nephews Loch Rigozzi and Trevor Price, many aunts, uncles and cousins and an entire host of friends who he considered family.
He is preceded in death by grandparents, Angelo and Phyllis Rigozzi, William and Mildred Flessner, and his mother, Lynda Roe.
A Visitation will be held Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at Filbrandt Chapel, 1076 S. Bailey Ave, South Haven, Michigan 49090.
