Laura's Obituary
Laura Ann Hentschel, 53, passed away in her home in South Haven, Michigan, on Monday, July 19, 2021. She was born July 30, 1967 to Burl and Carolyn (Logsdon) Smart in Kennett, Missouri. Laura married Donald Hentschel on June 5, 1992 in South Haven. She worked for Barber Packaging in Bangor for eight years. Laura loved to crochet, knit, and watch The Big Bang Theory on TV.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Burl and Carolyn Smart.
Laura is survived by her husband – Donald Hentschel of South Haven; children – Brittany (Sonny Wabanimkee) Hentschel of South Haven and Shandell (Darrell) House of Columbia, Missouri; Siblings – Vivian Smart and Tommy Smart, both of Arkansas; grandchildren Samara, Areanna, Dixie, Madison, Kalista, Trinady, Kaiden, Fabian, and Alessa.
