Edwin D. Bodfish

Edwin D. Bodfish, 51, of Pullman, Michigan died Thursday, December 17 in Filmore Township from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Edwin was born September 20, 1969 in South Haven to Edwin P. and Bobbie (Young) Bodfish.  Edwin worked for Getman Corporation in Bangor for the past 15 years.  Most recently he worked as a painter at Evoqua Water Technologies in Holland.  Edwin loved hunting, fishing and playing the drums.  He also enjoyed woodworking and had a passion for building decks. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Edwin P. Bodfish, who died in 2000.

Surviving is his children – Joshua Bodfish and Stephanie (Ladd) Benson both of Gilbert, South Carolina. Riley Bodfish of Boise, Idaho. Grandson – Leo Everette Bodfish.  Mother - Bobbie Bodfish of South Haven. Brothers – Tim (Traci) Bodfish and Gary Bodfish both of Pullman. Monty (Jeanne) Bodfish of South Haven.  Several nieces and nephews also survive. 

Visitation will be held Sunday, December 27, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Filbrandt Family Funeral Home.  Visitation will also take place on Monday, December 28, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.  Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM.  Following the service Edwin will be laid to rest at Lee Township Cemetery.
