Gerald's Obituary
Gerald “Jerry” John Dutkiewicz, 58, of South Haven, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 at his home. He was born July 19, 1962 to Daniel and Kathleen (Webber) Dutkiewicz in Saginaw, Michigan. Jerry married Shelly Patton on January 21, 2001. Years ago, he managed the Clark Gas Station in South Haven. He also worked at a Marathon Station in Holland and for the City Flats Hotel in Holland. Before his disability, Jerry was a CNC operator. He was a member of the First Assembly of God in South Haven. Jerry loved to help people.
He is preceded in death along with his parents by a brother – Eugene Dutkiewicz, and nephew – Eric Dutkiewicz.
Jerry is survived by his wife – Shelly Dutkiewicz of South Haven; children – Kaylee Dutkiewicz and Timothy Henson both of South Haven; siblings – Pauline (Timothy) Dorn and Linda Dutkiewicz both of Bay City, Michigan. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, November 13, 2020 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 7:00 PM with Pastor Eric Jarvis officiating.
