Mary's Obituary
Mary Ann Mason, 78 of South Haven, passed away Monday, August 24th at her home surrounded by her family. She was born April 3, 1942 to James and Rose Michniak of Bobtown, PA. She graduated from Maple Town High School and moved to Washington D.C. where she met the love of her life. Mary Ann and Bob were married in 1961 and shared 58 years together.
She is preceded in death by her husband Bob, grandson Robbie, her parents and 2 brothers.
She is survived by her daughters Patty (Jon) Zurek, Gina (Gary Moss) Hacker, Deb (Sonny) Kelly, son Rob (Rose) Mason, 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, 5 brothers and a sister. Mary Ann was a loving mother and grandmother who always put her family first and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Friday August 28, 2020 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 4:00 PM with Pastor Travis Wilson officiating. Contributions may be made in Mary Ann’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516.
