John's Obituary
With deepest sorrow, we announce our beloved son, father, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend, John Lechenet, 50, of South Bend, Indiana passed away Thursday, July 9, 2020 of a long illness.
He was a loving person and cared deeply for both family and friends.
John was an avid Notre Dame fan and loved going to their games. John also was a huge Motley Crue fan. John loved to cook and make homemade pizza.
John will be missed everyday by his mother; Carol (Gary) Ward, father; Ron (Ailene) Lechenet, children; Jessica and Cody, sisters; Angela, Rhonda and Tracy, brothers; Brian (Mylissa) and Brad (Sarah), numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
Private family services will be held Monday, July 20, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven with Pastor Eric Jarvis officiating. Funeral services will be live streamed for the public via the funeral home's website.
