William Alfred Kamen

William “Bill” Kamen, 75, of South Haven, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at the Graceway at Coutryside Nursing and Rehabilitation Community in South Haven. He was born September 10, 1944 to Alfred and Agnes (Larson) Kamen in Chicago, Illinois. Bill married Sharon Remick on June 27, 1964 in Casco Township. Bill worked at Everett Piano Company as a supervisor for the cabinet department before working at Do It Corp. where he retired as plant manager in 2012. Bill loved to hunt and fish. He was a member of the Kibbie Christian Reformed Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a cousin – Bobby Letterman.

Bill is survived by his wife – Sharon Kamen of South Haven; son – Timothy (Tonya Jeralds) Kamen of South Haven; granddaughter – Lindsey (Alicia) Kamen; grandson – Brayden Jeralds; great granddaughter – Ava Kamen; step-brother – Robert (Maxine)Nelson of Muskegon.

Visitation will be held from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the Kibbie Christian Reformed Church. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 1:30 P.M. with Pastor Curry Pikkaart officiating. Bill will be laid to rest at McDowell Cemetery in Casco Township.
