Gloria's Obituary
Gloria Hummel, 87, of St. Joseph, MI passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021 at her home.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Spring Run Cemetery in St. Joseph. Memorials may be made to Region 4 Area Agency on Aging. Those wishing to share a memory of Gloria online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com
Gloria was born March 21, 1934 in St. Joseph, MI to John & Olga (Zielke) Gosselar. She graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1952 and then attended Concordia College. Gloria loved the Lord and was a loving mother to her children. She enjoyed sewing, playing the piano, listening to Christian music, cooking and gardening.
Gloria is survived by her children Daniel (Karla) Hummel, Rhonda Hummel and Jodie Godush; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and sisters Marilyn Hettig, Janet (Ian) Fennell and Carol Wills. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Melanie Britton and sister Dolores Kasischke.
