Jennifer Gerstenkorn, 42, of St. Joseph, MI passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, September 10, 2021 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Service, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph with Pastor Jesse Knox officiating. Friends may visit from 5:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday, September 9, 2021 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Caring Circle Hospice, Berrien County Cancer Service or the Humane Society of Southwest Michigan. She graduated from Michigan Lutheran High School in 1997. Jennifer was a hard worker and at times worked 2-3 jobs, her last one was a manager at Coloma Lanes. She loved cooking, arts and crafts, kayaking & listening to music. She loved spending time with family and friends. At family gatherings, Jenny was in charge of cooking her Oma and Nonny’s family favorites. She loved to help others and took care of her Nonny before her passing. Although she didn’t have kids of her own, she was a great Mom to her dog Oliver James and she cared for many of her friends kids. Jennifer is survived by her parents Manfred & Teresa Gerstenkorn; sister Julie Gerstenkorn (Fiancé Corey Feiner) Anyla Feiner; brother Jason Gerstenkorn (Fiancée Zoe Peterman) Nephew Jack Thomas. She leaves behind many Aunts, Uncles & Cousins. She is preceded in death by Nonny & Papa Masterson, Oma & Opa Gerstenkorn and Uncle Kenny Carr.
