Steven Rank

Steven “Steve” Rank, 77, of White Pigeon, formally of Dowagiac, passed away Thursday, July 8, 2021, at Three Rivers Health. A Celebration of Life Service will be held, on Saturday, July 10, at 2:00PM, at Clark Chapel, 405 Center St. Dowagiac with Pastor Stacey Wilder officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Dowagiac. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 1:00PM until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Steve’s name may be made to the American Legion or the Disabled American Veterans. Those wishing to share a memory of Steve online may do so at www.clarkch.com Steve was born June 15, 1944, in Dowagiac, to Glen and Mabel (Huff) Rank. He graduated from Dowagiac High School in 1963. Steve proudly served his country in the United States Navy. On November 12, 1966, he married the love of his life, Nancy Cauffman in Dowagiac. Steve was an intelligent and hard-working man, he worked as a journeyman in skilled trades for General Motors for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Most of all he loved his family and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Steve is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Rank; children, Steven (Tammie) Rank and Diana (Jason Newell) Evans; grandchildren, Mindy Rank, Jared Rank, Colin Rank, Claire Evans and Emily Evans; brother, David (Beverly) Rank; and sister-in-law, Sharon Rank; Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Mabel Rank and brother, Jerry Rank.
