Vickie was born March 6, 1953 in Michigan City, IN to Arthur Boyce and Fannie Mae (Floyd) Conlin. She was a graduate of New Buffalo High School. On August 2, 1980 she married Lavoyd Hall in Bowling Green, FL. Vickie and Lavoyd were active members of the House of Praise Church in Bowling Green; they were like her family. But, so was everyone Vickie came in contact with. Family and friends were everything to her. She never missed a single birthday, holiday, or anniversary without sending a card. You could count on her calling daily to ask, “What’d you eat today?” as Vickie loved food, good or bad! She was truly one of a kind and will be missed by those who knew her.
Vickie is survived by her siblings, Mildred (the late Bill) Moss, Jimmie Eldridge (Betty) Conlin, Mary “Pat” (the late Richard) English, Walter (Patty Lee) Conlin, Helen (Randy) Miller, John (Mary) Conlin, and Juanita (the late Randy) Richardson; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Lavoyd Hall; her siblings, William Samuel (Patsy Ellen) Conlin, Boyce Duane (Maudean) Conlin, Michael David (the late Colleen) Conlin, Randy (Angie) Conlin, and nephew Richard (Kari) English; and her parents.
