Mary Janette Panzica

Mary Janette Panzica, 69, of St. Joseph, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at her home in St. Joseph. The family will receive guests from 6:30pm-8pm, Friday, June 11, 2021 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Visitation will continue at 9am until time of celebration of life service at 9:30am, Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Christ Lutheran Church, 4333 Cleveland Ave., Stevensville. Burial to follow at Hickory Bluff Cemetery, Stevensville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Christ Lutheran Church. Mary was born September 9, 1951 in St. Louis, MO to Max and Janette (Nieshoff) Burr. After spending some time furthering her education at Mizzou, she met and married Joseph Panzica on March 4, 1972 in St. Louis, MO. Mary was very artistic and loved crafts. She was a devout Christian, who was very active in her church community. Mary will be missed by her husband of 48 years, Joseph Panzica; her daughters, Stacy (David) Neidlinger, and Jennifer (Jeff) Lyon; her grandchildren, Noah Lyon and Nathan and Ava Neidlinger; and her siblings, Bob (Cheryl) Burr, and Janis (Steve) Jost. She is preceded in death by her parents.
