Kathleen Morgan

Kathleen Morgan, 78, of St. Joseph, passed away on May 31, 2021 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital, Grand Rapids, MI. A private family gathering will be held. Burial will take place in Hickory Bluff Cemetery, Stevensville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Kathleen was born on December 14, 1942, to Ernest and Esther (Guagenti) Finehout in Benton Harbor, MI. She attended Benton Harbor High School. On June 30, 1962, she married Joseph H. Morgan in Benton Harbor. Professionally, Kathy worked as a bookkeeper for many years. She loved reading, doing crossword and jig saw puzzles. Kathy also enjoyed cooking for family gatherings and had the best pies. Kathy is survived by her husband of nearly sixty years, Joseph H. Morgan; children, Vicki (John) Babian, Joseph (Candi) Morgan and Valeri Morgan; grandchildren, Stephan Morgan, Jessica (Jason) Crockett, Korey Keeter, Katie Morgan, Cody Morgan, William Morgan and Charolotte Morgan; eight great-grandchildren and sister, Emma Kilmer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Esther Finehout and her siblings, Lorenzo Finehout, Jean (Jones) Finehout and Ernest Finehout.
