Earle's Obituary
Earle Edward Sears, 79, of Dowagiac, passed away at his home Monday, May 17, 2021.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021, at 2:00PM at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Cassopolis. Friends may visit with the family from 1:30PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Volinia Baptist Church. Those wishing to leave an online condolence for the family may do so at www.clarkch.com.
Earle was born January 6, 1942 in Niles, MI to Edward and Evelyn (Lehr) Sears. He graduated from Dowagiac High School, class of 1962. He worked for Sundstrand in Dowagiac for over 20 years then went on to work at K&M in Cassopolis and Burnette Foods before his retirement. Earle spent most of his free time doing what he loved, which was fishing.
Earle is survived by his siblings, Sandy (Melvin) Prillwitz, and Larry (Linda) Sears; and two nephews, two nieces, and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents.
