Anna Williamson

Anna (Schmidt) Williamson, born June 11, 1932 in Onaway, MI, daughter of Albert and Marguerite Schmidt, passed away April 17, 2021. A funeral service will be held at 11am, Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Decatur Bible Church, 80797 M-51, Decatur. Visitation will begin at 10am until time of funeral service, Saturday, at the church. Pastor Ben Williamson of Hartford Bible Church and Pastor Steve DeGroft of Decatur Bible Church will be officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to ODB Ministries, www.odb.org or the Decatur Bible Church. Anna was a graduate of Onaway High School and Grand Rapids School of the Bible and Music. She accepted Jesus as her Savior December 2, 1940. Her favorite Bible verses, among many, were Titus 2:13 and I John 3:1-3. Anna married Phillip Williamson on June 30, 1956 and had two children, Cynthia Dawn and Paul Albert. She loved her many grandchildren from the unions of Cindy and Tracy Knight and Paul and Bethany Williamson. These grandchildren have blessed her with 17 great grandchildren. Anna is preceded in death by her husband, Phillip; her son, Paul; her siblings, Ken Schmidt, and Delores Eryre; and her parents, Albert and Marguerite.
