Diane's Obituary
Diane L. Osmick, 68, formerly of Decatur, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021 at her home in Allegan. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held 12:00 P.M. Friday, April 23, 2021 at Lakeside Cemetery in Decatur, with Rev. Katie Hartwell officiating. Friends may visit with the family beginning at 11:00 A.M. Friday, April 23 at Newell Chapel, 83313 M51, Decatur. Memorial donations in Diane’s name may be made to the First Presbyterian Church in Decatur or Special Olympics. Diane was born July 29, 1952 in Dowagiac to Alfred & Virginia (Copley) Osmick. She attended the First Presbyterian Church in Decatur. Diane enjoyed listening to music, especially the classics from the 60’s and spending time with her loving family.
Diane is survived by her siblings-Carol (Joe Bard) White of Byron Center, MI, David (Joanne Cowling) Osmick of LaGrand, OR, Marcia (Douglas) SIkkema of Decatur, Robert (Kerry) Osmick of Marcellus, Lisa (Ray) Carlson of Spring Lake, MI; and numerous nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Alfred Osmick, and her mother & step-father-Virginia & Gerald “Jay” Vliek.
