At the age of 19, Roberta went to work at Brown Paper Company in Parchment, MI. She worked there, alongside her family members, until her retirement. Roberta was a proud citizen of the Pokagon Band, and used her native heritage as inspiration in her artwork as well as her hobby of making dream catchers. Her family lovingly remembers her as sassy, spunky, and a true foodie. She loved to read, garden, and make crafts, but her true loves were her cats and her family. Roberta is survived by her daughter, Cassandra (Ubaldo) Ruiz; her grandchildren, Alexandra (Christopher) Olvitt, and Victoria (Kyle) Johnson; her great grandchildren, Connor, Annabelle, Madeline, Theodore, Lucas, and Remington; her step-daughter, Kimberly (Dean) Ford; three nephews; one niece; and numerous cousins and other special family members. She is preceded in death by her sister, Jacqueline Marunycz; and her parents.
