Carolyn Jeanette Robards

Carolyn Jeanette Robards, 81, of Sodus, passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021 at her home in Sodus. Carolyn’s family will receive guests from 5-8pm, Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2640 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Burial will take place at 11am, Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Spring Run Cemetery, St. Joseph. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Humane Society of SW Michigan, www.humanesocietyswm.org or to a charity of your choice. Carolyn was born August 2, 1939 in Kingsport, TN. She met and married Ralph Robards and in their younger years, enjoyed fishing and hunting together. With Ralph, she was a life-time member of the Stevensville American Legion. Carolyn most enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was always willing to lend a helping hand and will be missed by those who loved her. Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Dan) Bohle; her grandchildren, Emily (Nathan) Sukal, Daniel (Shana) Bohle, Jr., and Jessica (Matthew) Welsher; her great grandchildren, Alden Eldredge, Abraham Sukal, Emerson Bohle, Hudson Bohle, Grayson Welsher, and Avery Welsher. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; her son, John Robards; and her parents.
