Gary Alan Little

Gary Alan Little, 68, of Benton Harbor, passed away suddenly on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Spectrum Lakeland Hospital, St. Joseph. Interment will be held privately, which a celebration of life to occur at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the Humane Society of Southwest Michigan, www.humanesocietyswm.org. Gary was born October 24, 1952 in St. Joseph to Ralph and Shirley (Dusoe) Little. He was a graduate of Benton Harbor High School. Gary recently retired from LECO after 30 years as a machinist. If he wasn’t taking a cruise around town, you’d find him at the Chatterbox, enjoying Michigan football, and the Chicago Bears and Cubs with his many friends. Gary will be missed by his children, Julie Larson, and Jeffrey Little; his step-daughter, Bailey (Jared) Gruss; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Jenna, Tori, Nicholas, Madison, and Logan; his great-granddaughter, Camryn; his mother, Shirley; his sister, Linda (Steve) Davis; his partner, Teri Gillespie; his beloved dogs, Jack and Hetty; and several nieces, nephews and extended family. He is preceded in death by his son, Jamey Little; his father, Ralph; his brother, Rodger Little; and his first wife, Janice Fortson-Little.
