Deborah C. Kramp

Deborah C. Kramp, 69, of St. Joseph, was called home on Sunday, November 1, 2020 with her family at her side. Arrangements have been entrusted to Starks & Menchinger Chapel & Cremation Services. Deb was born on January 6, 1951, in Hartford, CT, to Fred & Jeanne (Gurney) Oblinger. She graduated from Michigan Lutheran Seminary in 1969 and attended Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, WI. Deb married Larry Kramp on March 10, 1973 at Peace Lutheran Church in Livonia, MI. Deb and Larry had two children together. Deb retired from the Lincoln Township Library after 25 years as a librarian. Her passions were here grandchildren, reading books and playing games of all sorts with family and friends. Deb also enjoyed hummingbirds, gardening and crossword puzzles. Deb is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Larry; children, Shelley (Michael) Grissom of Dexter and Peter (Michelle) Kramp of Stevensville; grandchildren, Justin Grissom and Joseph, Isaiah & Lillian Kramp; and siblings, Jim (Linna), Dan (Karen), and Eric (Carrie) Oblinger, Nikki (Larry) Hammer, and Jill (Duane) Wozniak.
