Dale Post

Dale Post, 65, of Dowagiac, MI passed away Sunday, October 4, 2020 at his home. Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Service, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Due to COVID-19 and in respect of social distancing, masks will be required. Memorials may be made to Caring Circle Hospice or Paws of Hope. He graduated from Lakeshore High School in 1973. He then attended Ferris State University where he received his bachelor’s degree. On July 9, 1983 he married Bobbi Drumm in Coloma, MI. Dale worked for the Cook Nuclear Plant for 35 years, retiring as a Corrective Action Specialist. In his spare time Dale enjoyed golfing, fishing and was an avid University of Michigan and Green Bay Packers Fan. Dale is survived by his wife Bobbi Post; son Brian Post; daughter Jennifer (Dustin) Wagner; grandchildren Nathan & Michael Wagner; and sister Lissa (Jonn) Quigno. Dale was preceded in death by his parents; brother Steve Post and grandson Ethan Wagner.
