Thomas's Obituary

Thomas “Tommy” W. Adams II, 20, of Benton Harbor, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 5, 2020. A celebration of life service will be held at noon on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at the Berrien County Fair Grounds, Mall Stage entering through Gate 2. Burial will follow in North Shore Memory Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 11-noon. Out of respect to the family and social distancing, it will be required that everybody wears a mask and keeps appropriate distance during the celebration. Thomas was born on June 6, 2000, in St. Joseph. He graduated from Berrien Springs High School in 2018. Tommy was a selfless, supportive and generous person. His smile would light up any room when he walked in. Tommy always kept everyone laughing and enjoyed being goofy with his family and friends. It was these qualities that led to him being the Homecoming King his senior year. Thomas also excelled playing both basketball and football for Berrien Springs and was named to the All-Conference Team in football. Most of all, he cherished time spent with his family and was an amazing father to his daughter, Teagan. Thomas is survived by his mother, Jennifer (Donald) Bledsoe; father, Eric Stenske, Sr.; girlfriend, Janiya Wilson; daughters, Teagan Adams and Tommy Adams due in November; grandmothers, Janice Angelo and Pearl Anderson; grandfather, Lenon Anderson; siblings, Eric Stenske, Jr., King Stenske, Katarina Easley and Angel Bledsoe, Malik Anderson, Deion Sanders, Taylor Thomas, Kiyon Anderson, Kinyon Anderson, Kamarion Anderson, Kinya Anderson Jr., Aireon Anderson, Kentavius Sommers, Kiara Anderson, Armani Anderson, Ty McNair and Lanaisha Marshall; Step-sisters, Donisha Bledsoe, Donirya Bledsoe and Donyell Bledsoe; uncles, Kenon Anderson, Thomas C. Adams and Kimani Anderson; niece, Navi Snerling; Step-nieces, Dakotah Bledsoe, E'layah Bledsoe and Daloni Bledsoe; biological Father, Kinya Anderson. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Thomas Wayne Adams.
