Phyllis's Obituary
Phyllis A. Arndt, 84, of Decatur, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020, at Bronson Commons, Mattawan.
Phyllis was born January 1, 1936, to Herman and Mildred (Jensen) Arndt in Chicago. Professionally, she was a 4th grade teacher, spending most of her career with George Washington School in Chicago. Phyllis was an excellent baker and enjoyed knitting and reading. She had recently learned to read music and play the piano.
Phyllis is survived by her sister, Jane Arndt and numerous cousins.
