Dulcie Anne Vincent, 99, of Bridgman, MI passed away on Thursday-April 23, 2020 at Woodland Terrace in Bridgman, MI. Arrangements have been entrusted to Starks & Menchinger Funeral Home – 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI. Dulcie was born on February 15, 1921 in Brisbane, Australia to the late Bernard and Maude (Smith) Hough. Dulcie worked for the Australian government in Canberra during WWII. On July 6, 1946 she married Howard Vincent, and soon thereafter they came to live in Michigan. Here she worked as a cosmetologist and as a personal assistant in the HR department at William Beaumont hospital. She was a volunteer in her church and for the Girl Scouts. In retirement they moved to Florida where they loved to golf, read and sing. After her husband Howard preceded her in death in 2011, she moved back to Michigan in 2013 to be with family. Dulcie is survived by her daughter Sharon Dreese of Stevensville; grandchildren- Julie Marie (Derrick) Griffin, Michael Vincent (Christa) Dreese and Erin Elizabeth (Seth) Jaffe; and great grandchildren- Jonah Griffin, Emerson Jaffe and Rylan Jaffe. She is also preceded in death by her brother- Bernard William Hough and a sister- Iris Hough McKenna. Private family services will be held.
