Nadine's Obituary
Nadine Kaplunow, 82, of Dowagiac, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Feb. 20, at Clark Chapel. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Feb. 21, at Holy Maternity Catholic Church with burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
Nadine Kaplunow was born June 14, 1937, in Wolka Nurzecka, Poland. She later moved to the U.S. where she worked for Sunstrand in Dowagiac for more than 20 years. Nadine was a proud member of Holy Maternity Catholic Church. She also enjoyed riding her moped around town, going to flea market and spending time in garden.
Nadine is survived by son Nick Kaplunow; daughter, Julie Carrell; Jimmie Carrell; and sistersWalentina and Ola.
Nadine was preceded in death by her parents; Nick Kaplunow Sr.; sisters Zenia, Maria and Nina; brothers, Aleksander, Mikolaj and Wladek.
