Michael was born September 17, 1979, to Keith Huff and Cathi (Collins) Sexton in Benton Harbor. He was known as a loving person who would give the shirt off his back to help others. Everyone knew who he was and could always expect to be greeted by his famous saying “say somethin” instead of a “hi”. Michael was a “jack of all trades” and could fix just about anything. He worked as a general contractor and operated his own contracting business for many years. Most of all he loved his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Michael is survived by his children, Michael K. Collins, Jr., Matthew S. Collins and Rhiannon Henry; 1 grandchild on the way; mother, Cathi Sexton; father, Keith Huff; siblings, Jalin Collins and Joshua Huff, cousin, Londa E. Collins along with many other cousins, nieces, nephews and friends that he loved dearly.
