Timmothy W. Wegner

Timothy W. “Timmer” Wegner II, 24, of Cassopolis, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, at his home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at Elks Lodge 889, 300 Riverside Drive, Dowagiac. Timmer was born on May 1, 1995, to Timothy Wegner & Debbie Bankston in Kalamazoo, MI. He graduated from Volina Outcome Base School in 2014. He worked for Axium Group LLC as a factory worker. Timmer was a very outgoing person who was always willing to try something new. He also enjoyed fast cars and motorcycles. Most of all, Timmer loved to spend his time with his family and friends. Timmer is survived by his parents, Timothy (Jody) Wegner of Cassopolis and Debbie (Greg) Bankston of Dowagiac; siblings, Carson Wegner, Jaycin (Kyia) Hutchings, Jeremy (Katelyn) Hutchings and Michael Wegner; paternal grandmother Barb Wegner; maternal grandparents Tom & Betty Lillie; and several nieces & nephews. Timmer was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Terry Wegner and brother Clay Wegner.
