Robert Bradley

Robert Val Bradley, Jr., 56, of Westville, IN, formerly of New Buffalo, MI, passed away at his home on Monday, October 11, 2010. Arrangements have been entrusted with Sommerfeld Chapel of New Buffalo.Bob was born October 22, 1953 in Ypsilanti, MI to Howard and Doris (Owens) Barnes. He served his country while serving in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War. On October 23, 1976, in Portage, IN he married Nancy Louise Schoff. Bob retired in 2009 after working for the New Buffalo Area Schools as a custodian for 28 years. He was an avid motorcyclist, and belonged to the Wall Gang of Michigan City, IN. He also enjoyed cook-outs. But most of all he loved his family – wife, daughters and grandchildren. Bob will be greatly missed but never forgotten by all those that loved him.He is survived by his wife-Nancy; his daughters-Tonya (Pete) Fohs of Stevensville, MI and Crystal (Joshua) Lemmon of Westville, IN; grandchildren-Keith Kiser, Cheyenne Kiser, Dakota Dodge, Breanna Dodge, Shelby Fohs, Faith Lemmon, Kayla Lemmon and Joshua Lemmon; and a sister-Debbie Jo Maul. Bob is preceded in death by his parents-Howard and Doris; his grandparents-Robert and Margaret; and a grand-daughter-Courtney Dodge.A memorial celebrating Bob's life will be held at the American Legion Post #21 in Westville, IN, on Saturday, October 16 at 1:00pm.
