Tony “Red” Taylor, 34, of Three Oaks, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at his home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 4:00 P.M. Sunday at Sommerfeld Chapel, 15 North Barton St., New Buffalo with Pastor Richard Zeiger officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service, beginning at 3:00 P.M. He graduated from River Valley High School in 1996. On September 30, 2009, he married the former Jennifer “JJ” Walton in St. Joseph. He had worked part-time for The Body Shop in Three Oaks, and for the last three years was employed as a grill cook at Wendy’s in New Buffalo. “Red” enjoyed performing and listening to rap music.Tony is survived by his wife JJ; his children-Alexis Walton, Brianna Taylor, Alizabeth Taylor-all at home, Arianna Taylor of Michigan City, IN, Marcus James of Arkansas; his mother Gertrude “Gertie” Taylor of Benton Harbor; his brother Carl Taylor of Berrien Springs; his sister Cynthia (Ken) Kemp of Litaonia, Georgia; a large extended family; his best friend like a brother-Karim Mitchell of Michigan City; and other friends too numerous to mention. Red was preceded in death by his father Damtic Fosco.
